  • Prohibited Items: Some countries have restrictions on certain textile materials. Please check your local regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for orders seized or delayed by customs.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following locations:

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately at service@sfcover.com with your order number and the correct address
  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address free of charge
  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address. The package may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any reshipping costs

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Reshipping fees will apply
  • If you prefer a refund, original shipping charges are non-refundable

11. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if:

  • The order has not yet been processed or shipped
  • The item is not a custom order

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@sfcover.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on returning an item after delivery.


12. Shipping During Holidays & Promotions

During peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, major sales events), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We will do our best to communicate any delays and appreciate your patience.
